I personally enjoy scrapbooks/photo albums. I enjoy mine (done poorly years ago) and I enjoy others (done in the more up-to-date fashion), I enjoy the pictures my Mother put in an album when she and Daddy were newly weds. I love sitting quietly and looking at someone else's life and adventures. I get to see the past and the future. Everyone should take the time and do something that makes them feel good. I've never finished her baby book - there's just no time! I don't feel guilty about it; I just find there are other things to occupy my limited free time. I have a gigantic folder with milestones marked on scraps of paper just so I won't forget them. :) My husband, who is a Mac geek and a Photoshop expert, recently introduced me to digi-cropping (OK, he didn't introduce me to it because he wouldn't be caught dead scrapbooking but he did show me how to use Photoshop so I could make digital pages). It is wonderful! I can make 3-4 pages digitally in the time it took me to make one with paper & scissors.
