		<description>It&#039;s awesome that you are committed again to losing the weight.  I&#039;ve lost 25 pounds since May and have been maintaining without losing anymore since early August.  It&#039;s a constant challenge, but SO WORTH the benefits.  There&#039;s a weight loss blog carnival over at ragamuffinsoul.com if you want to join in.  Carlos has 40+ people participating and helping to keep each other accountable.  Just another option for you.</description>

		<description>I lost 23 pounds a couple years ago, getting down to where I was when I got pregnant with my first child (that was still 15 over what I was at my wedding, but I don&#039;t think I want to go &quot;Kate Moss&quot; again). 

But then I got addicted to Betty Crocker chocolate chip muffins. I&#039;ve since gained another 15 pounds, and I feel horrible. I&#039;d love to lose the 15 pounds again.

This week we&#039;ve started biking or walking during lunchtime every day as a family, but my eating habits aren&#039;t all that great still. My food choices are okay, but I just eat too much. I&#039;d love to join you on your journey. I&#039;ve learned that I don&#039;t do well &quot;dieting&quot; on my own, so any accountability is welcomed!

(Of course I write this immediately after consuming 4 fresh-out-of-the-oven breadsticks at 10 PM. Not a good choice if I want to lose weight.)</description>
