Power to the People!

My neighbor called. We have power!

I called our house and the answering machine picked up!

When I called my husband to tell him the news, he asked if I asked the answering machine to please turn off the garbage disposal.

You might have read about my rerigerator cleanout adventure where I attempted to use the garbage disposal.

Well, instead of talking to the applicances I called another neighbor who went to check it out. Yes, I had left it on. oops.

I’m off to get packing!
