Where I live, it’s a bit gray outside and the weather is all the way down to the lower 70s. For some of you, this may be a summertime temperature, but for me, it is soup weather!
And, fortunately, I learned of an absolutely fantastic, creamy, rich soup at my Weight Watchers meeting this week. (Yes, you did read all of those words in one sentence!!)
I’m eating it as I type, and it is G-O-O-D!
And since it is good, I know I should share.
Here’s what you’ll need to make it yourself:
Here’s the recipe:
1 Point Creamy Potato Soup
3 cans of fat free chicken broth
1 large bag of frozen hash browns, obrien style
1/4 cup water
1 package Pioneer Brand Fat Free Country Gravy
Get out a big pot and simmer the broth with the hash browns. (Don’t worry. This is not a brothy soup… that just wouldn’t be fair when we are talking about potatoes.)
Add water and gravy packet. Stir.
Enjoy!
Only 1 point per cup!
