Well, I need to get started again. I lost 20 pounds and then got pregnant. My son is now 3 months old and I need to do something. In fact, I just got back from Avenue and am very frustrated that I do not look good in anything they have. Its inevitable that I must start again. I am discouraged that It will take me so many months just to get back into any clothes that fit me and I don't have money to get new that will fit me now. I know I should be more positive, its just hard. Time to get on the WW train again. :)

I did weight watchers after I had my first kid. I started it, and plowed through hardly taking breaks. Weight Watchers was wonderful! I lost all the weight I gained which gave me confidence when I was trying to lose weight after my second. Writing everything down is why is worked for me!

Yes, I agree...writing it down is THE key. I lost weight with WW in between my kids and was most successful when I wrote down everything. This time I have lost weight after my 2nd child through lots of exercise. But I have recently decided to combine both efforts (imagine that). I've enjoyed reading your posts Amy.

I'm actually starting back to Weight Watchers tomorrow. I used to be so good about writing the points on stuff when I thought about it. This is a really good tip...
