Same Kind of Different As Me

I am on chapter 22 of  Same Kind of Different as Me, an amazingly powerful book. I am so overwhelmed by it that I could not keep it to myself. Anyone else reading it or already read it?
It was recommended to me by someone at church so I bought it for my husband for Christmas. He loved it. Then we were fortunate enough to get to hear the authors at the Star of Hope dinner. (It is a true story.)
Anyhow, I plan to post more later, but I just couldn’t keep it to myself any longer. Woah.

    I LOVE this book. I’ve read it and it is amazing. Truly touched my heart. It really makes one take a look at what is important in life – to not be afraid to give a part of yourself and to embrace the unexpected as many blessings often follow. I’m excited to hear that you were able to attend the dinner and hear from the authors. I bet it made the book even more powerful.
