    I prayed about it, talked to my husband and I think I need to try to do this. So, yeah, count me in! I can’t buy the Bible since we have zero money right now, but maybe I will win one, and if not I will just have to use my own! I think this will be really good and am looking forward to starting and being a part of this group! Hoping to be able to attend the Twitter party tonight!

    I think this is incredible.

    I have read the Bible from cover to cover twice in my life, It is well worth doing. I need to do it again as I don’t remember much of it now. I found that it brought me to a more spiritual place and there was a feeling of great love while I was reading it. It just makes you want to be a better person. I think this is a wonderful thing you are doing!

    Aloha Amy…I just bought my books and can’t wait to start! Thank you for sharing this awesome oppurtunity! The only question I have is, is do I need to Tweet? I have no clue how to do that. Mahalo, Puna

    Puna–Aloha! I have a dear friend on Maui that I love to go visit, so I already have a special fondness for you because you are much closer to her than I am. :)

    You won’t need to tweet. I’m just planning to host the Twitter parties so we can ‘chat’ once a week. Do you have a Twitter account? I can help you through the process if you’d like… or you can just plan on reading your Bible daily and checking in on my site a few times a week for encouragement and to report in as to how your reading is going.

    I was trying to find ways to build community and create on opportunity for communication between those who are reading, and that seemed like a great place to start. Twitter is definitely not required… reading the Bible is the only thing required. :)

    I don’t blog as of yet and I could not tell you how to tweet but I am really, really interested in this challenge and I would love to participate. I have learned that I succeed at doing things when I have a little support group. This is something that I had planned to do in 2010. I have started before but never finished. I am looking forward to the challenge.

    I definitely want to do this! I need to track down one of the 90 day Bibles.

    It will probably be good for me to have a BIble without footnotes. I’ve gotten so used to having a study Bible I’m constantly checking the study notes every time I read something.
