Happy Monday, friends! A whole new weeks stands ready to be conquered and enjoyed!
I hope that you are able to take your time reading and listening to His word each day. I know that sometimes it is a challenge to find that pocket of time, believe me!! When I do, though, sometimes I’ll read over a passage two or more times, just letting the words wash over me and trying to listen for what is being shared with me, specifically, in the passage. Do you do the same?
Using the SOAP Devotional format is a huge help in listening and, if you journal your SOAP observations, it can also be a great way to look back and see any recurring messages. Do you use SOAP, or any other form of delving deeper and recording your thoughts?
