When anxiety was great within me, your consolation brought me joy.
WRITE:
Take time to write the verse out on paper. (I have a PDF of today’s verse and practice you can use linked here. Feel free to download it. Or use your own journal or even a scrap of paper. Just write it down.
REFLECT:
God shows up again and again. Reflection can help you see that.
PRACTICE:
Do you journal the moments and circumstances where He has shown up for you or calmed your heart and mind? Pause and list a few of those. And then look forward to His comfort once again.
