Bible in 90 Days: DAY 90 CELEBRATION Link Up

I hope y’all don’t mind my all caps up there.

I am just SO EXCITED for each and every one of you who has finished reading the entire Bible in 90 days or less with us! I am also thrilled for each of you who is on the brink and will be finishing soon. YA-HOOOOOOO!

I know how excited I was the first time I finished reading the entire Bible with the Bible in 90 Days program. And I still get tickled each time I host Blogging Through the Bible in 90 Days here on MomsToolbox and I hear from each finisher. It is amazing to hear your stories and see how it has touched your lives already… and then I begin to wonder what it will bring about later, and whose lives will be impacted as a result of your reading.

I am so thankful to each of you who decided to read with us. Each of you encouraged me just by signing up. And your involvement probably encouraged others, too– regardless of whether you have finished nor not. I loved to see how you were encouraging each other on Twitter using our #B90Days hashtag, on the MomsToolbox Facebook page and on your own pages, on your blogs, in your comments and in your emails.

A HUGE thank you goes to our amazing lead team of VOLUNTEER mentors and Twitter coordinators. This could not have reached so many had it not been for the unselfish devotion of each of you. Thank you. I love you.

A few housekeeping notes:

If you have finished reading, PLEASE email me using the email button so that I can mark you as read and send you some finisher  information about getting listed, ordering T-shirts, next steps and the like.

Our next Bible in 90 Days/ Blogging Through the Bible in 90 Days session will begin July 11.

I will begin Blogging through the Gospels this Monday, April 4. Please consider joining me for a 14-week journey through the Gospels. I will post each week’s reading schedule on Sunday nights.

Alright. Enough of about my thoughts. I want to hear what you have to say. I want to know why you read with us and how it has impacted you. I want to know how you kept reading, how you caught up, what got in your way, what you overcame, what your next steps are and more. Share your experience with the world by linking up a blog post (and linking back to this post) or leaving your thoughts in the comments.

Let’s celebrate, my fellow Bible in 90 Days readers! Praise the Lord for guiding each of you to this accomplishment!!!

This linky will be open for a few days. I will post another Linky on Day 100.

**Don’t forget: We WILL have our final Twitter party this Monday night from 8-9 CST. Follow MomsToolbox and the #B90Days hashtag to join in the fun!

  1. Sad I didn’t get my post done in time for the link-up, but wanted to say I finally got it done! : ) Can’t wait for July!

I’m amazed and overwhelmed right now. I just completed my reading. I read the bible in 94 days!!!

  3. Well I finished in 91 days! I have much reading to go back and research as much confused me. But it will be a great learning time. Thanks so much for praying for each of us through this journey. I think i have a few chapters of the OT that I skipped on accident so I will go back and read tonight to make sure.

  4. I finished! It took me 92 days but I did it! Woohoo!

  5. I finished in 89 days, woohoo! I’m so glad I did it, especially to model to my children my hunger for God’s Word. I love how they kept me accountable…”What book are you in now, Mommy?” Can’t wait to do it again in July!

  6. I am so glad that I came upon your site and signed on to commit to reading the Bible in 90 days! I have been reading the Bible off and on for the last 10 years and had studied various books, but never could say that I had read the whole Bible. It was an incredible, powerful, life changing experience! So amazing to see more of the ‘whole picture’ from Genesis to Revelation! I will definitely do it again.
Thanks Amy and all of the many mentors.

  7. I finished in 86 days. It wasn’t easy…that’s for sure. There were a few times when I was able to get ahead. Other times, I fell so far behind. I got discouraged a few times, but found encouragement through friends on Twitter. My husband and kids are so proud of me. They were a great source of encouragement, also. This is definitely something that I want to do again. Thank you for this ministry, Amy. God bless!

89 days, I read it through in 89 days. I wanted this challenge because every winter I find myself sinking into a black cloud of despair and depression and I wanted to find a way to combat this. The 90 day reading program came at just the right time for me and I praise my God for that… His word is true and it saved me Praise His Name…

This has been an amazing journey for me! In the middle of February, I was at an ultimate low after having a miscarriage at 12 weeks. for a couple of days, I didn’t want to be in the Bible, I didn’t want to talk to anyone, I just wanted to hide in my dark place. I kept receiving your daily messages and was convicted to get back in to the reading. I was only 2 days behind but, getting back in the Word and making that time daily got me through that rough time! I am so excited to have read through the Bible for the first time and can’t wait to do it again in July! Thanks for all of the encouragement and for this ministry!

  10. I read with you because I was looking for some type of Bible study and I’d never read the Bible straight through in order before. It has impacted me most just in making that time to be with God each day and prioritizing everything else in order to make that time. It has also been wonderful to see the stories I know so well but now in the context of when and in what order they happened. Most of my reading was done late at night after my 3 girls were in bed. It was definitely a challenge and at one point I was so far behind I had resigned myself to finishing somewhere around 120 days but I didn’t want to give up and I somehow caught up. What got in my way was just everyday life of a mom of 3 young kids. I had a teething baby and prep work for 2 birthday parties to work around. My next step is Blogging Through the Gospels here.
Thanks again for hosting this wonderful program!

There were lots of times I was behind, and lots of times I almost gave up. I’m so glad I stuck with it, and I even finished a day early! What a wonderful challenge this has been!

I finished this morning! It was a challenge, but also a wonderful experience. I can’t wait to get started on more in-depth study.

  13. I feel blessed by the Word.

  14. This was an incredible experience (I just finished about 15 minutes ago) – thank-you so much for hosting Amy!

Congratulations to all who have finished and prayers for those who are still reading.

  15. Echoing everyone else’s comments… I finished earlier this week and was excited, proud, and humbled.

This was an amazing experience and I am blessed to have shared it with you all.

When I began reading I never thought I could do it, but once I got into it and had worked my schedule around it, I found that my days seemed so much emptier and that I had more than enough time to do the day’s reading. Thank you so much for hosting! It was a great experience.

  17. Thanks so much for hosting. This has been a wondering and trying adventure. There were times when I was easily 2 weeks behind and thought about giving up; but I don’t want God to give up on me so I didn’t give up and I’m a better person for it.

This has been such an exiting experience for me. At one point I didn’t think I would finish and just about gave up. But with lots of encouragement and determination I set my mind to it and just finished. At one point in time I was 3 weeks behind, but spent my spring break just soaking up the word of God and reading. I was extremely blessed that week, having nothing I had to do and being able to spend 8 plus hours reading. God is an amazing God and I love that I have gotten to read his entire Book and can’t wait to do it again. I would love to read the Message all the way through, just to get a different version. Thank you so much for doing this for everyone, it is such a great blessing and ministry.

I finished yesterday! This has been such an amazing journey! I have been sick almost the entire three months, and there were some days I was so sick, I couldn’t focus to read. At one point, I was 12 days behind, and I came into this last week, seven days behind, but every time I sat down to read, I didn’t want to stop, and I was through it in no time! I am so excited to continue studying and to go back and look at the notes I made, as I was reading through. This also has huge meaning to me because it was the only one of my four goals that I started the year off with, that I was able to finish due to health reasons. Thank you for hosting this event! I’m looking forward to studying the gospels more in depth starting on Monday! :)

I blogged for the first 10 days or so then stopped, but I did make it through the Bible in 87 days and have been BEYOND blessed by it!!! THANK YOU for putting all this together and THANKS to all the mentors for being there to support us all through this amazing journey!! GOD BLESS YOU!

  21. I finished! I thoroughly enjoyed reading through the entire bible in 90 days. I do feel I have a better overall picture of God’s word but I know I’ll never have the full picture until I’m seeing Jesus face to face. I look forward to the next 90 day bible reading challenge. It would be interesting to do a chronological reading next time.

  22. This was an amazing experience, thank you for hosting Amy.

Huge congratulations to all the graduates! *applause*

This has been such an amazing journey. I was worried at times that I was going to get so far behind that I’d never catch up. But by the Grace of God He enabled me to finish in 86 days. Thank you to Amy and also to my mentor Kara (group 21) for being such a wonderful support to me along this journey. I only hope and pray that others will get as much joy out of this experience as I did!!

  24. Thank you so much for your ministry, Amy! We all have been blessed by your work here! I’m on board for the Gospels next week!

  25. I didn’t think I’d get done, but I just finished. This is at least the 4th time I’ve attempted to read the Bible all the way through, but the only time I’ve finished. Thank you for helping to make this possible! I couldn’t have done it without the support I found here.

  26. I am just overwhelmed with joy! This experience changed my life. I read every day AND blogged every day and by the end I was sharing with everyone who would listen. The Monday night twitter parties were awesome, as was the chance to connect with my group. Thank you for hosting! I want to be a mentor in July :)
