Group 28 Bible in 90 Days Check In

Hi Group 28!

Please check in by leaving a comment to let us know if you are up to date in the reading. If you aren’t, that’s okay… just make plans to catch up and stay on track this week. You can do it!

After you leave your comment, click though and see how the rest of our group is doing. Feel free to come back anytime during the week to leave notes for other group members.

Remember, you can contact me with the info I sent in the emails if you want or need to talk to me.  I’ll be glad to help you in any way I can.

Have a great week!

I’m finished! Just this afternoon – begging my 4yo son to not talk to me so I could finish the last 12 pages. :)

I am praying for everyone – that all will finish, eventually, and that God will use this for His glory!

I’m DONE! I’m so proud to be a finisher! I’m praying that our entire group finishes as well :)

  • Toni

    I won’t be finished in 90 days… but I will finish!

Congrats to everyone – even if you don’t make it in 90 days!

Drum roll please…I finished reading on day 87 like Daenel!! It was truly a great feeling. I’ll admit it: I DID breathe a little sigh of relief. LOL!

Well, I am nowhere near finished but I will continue until I am. This Bible will be read in order completely. Well done to those of ye who made it in time :)

    • http://www.shesjustasmalltowngirl.com Crystal Senter Brown

Checking in for March 28 – I’m a few days behind, but am doubling up, and hope to be done by Wednesday. This has been an amazing ride, group!

    Blessings on you -

    • http://livingoutsidethestacks.com DaenelT

Can you believe we’re almost finished? This has been amazing.

  • http://www.redheadedbaby.blogspot.com Katrina

    Hi group-

I’m visiting friends this week and am a couple of days behind. Only 100 pages to read today? :) I’m hoping to make it through and finish by next Saturday!

Praying for everyone to finish strong…next week, or whenever we can.

  • Toni

Hope everyone is well! I’m still behind, but plugging along!

  • Terri

I’m caught up—excited to be so close to the end!

    • http://www.lindaslunacy.blogspot.com Linda @ Linda’s Lunacy

Awesome Terri! It is exciting to be close to the end, isn’t it?

  • http://www.faithlikemustard.wordpress.com Megan @ Faith Like Mustard

Still here! I’m about a day and a half behind but considering that I just drove 1000 miles through three states last week on Spring Break, I don’t think that’s too bad. ;)

    • http://www.lindaslunacy.blogspot.com Linda @ Linda’s Lunacy

That’s a lot of driving, Megan! A day and a half isn’t too far behind. You can catch up!

  • http://dunlizzie.blogspot.com dunlizzie

This is my weekly check-in with the same tale – that I am still so far behind, but reading slowly without abandoning the plan even if it takes longer than 90 days. Truth is I have weeks that have escaped me because of so many things, and doing this in order can be challenging since some books are tougher than others, taking me longer to get through segments. But like I said, I continue reading. Well done to those who have persevered.

    • http://www.lindaslunacy.blogspot.com Linda @ Linda’s Lunacy

Keep it up, dunlizzie! You can finish, even if its longer than 90 days. The important thing is that you finish! You can do it!

  • http://livingoutsidethestacks.com DaenelT

I’m all caught up as of right now! To the others who have fallen behind, don’t worry ~ pray ~ you can do this.

    • http://www.lindaslunacy.blogspot.com Linda @ Linda’s Lunacy

Your doing great, Daenel! Keep it up!

  • http://www.shesjustasmalltowngirl.com crystal senter brown

I’m ahead! Halfway through Acts :)

    • http://www.lindaslunacy.blogspot.com Linda @ Linda’s Lunacy

      That’s Great Crystal!

  • Terri

I’m in Matthew–behind but still hanging in there!

  • Terri

I’m in spring break with my family and have no idea if I’m behind but I just started Matthew.

I’m ahead! Almost in Luke. I dragged a few friends into the NT with me too! I am loving this experience. I wake up with Jesus on my mind :)

  • http://www.faithlikemustard.wordpress.com Megan Franks

Hey, everyone. Can I tell you how great it is to be in the NT?? Yay! I am worried about feeling too familiar with the NT and speed reading instead of really thinking about the text.

My biggest challenge this week is Spring Break. I’m on a tri-state tour visiting friends/family with my girls and I’m having a hard time staying on course. I was up-to-date with my readings as of yesterday–I even read ahead to try to stay ahead–but I haven’t gotten around to today’s reading yet. But I WILL! Now is not the time to get behind or quit.

We’ve come so far. Hang in there, everyone!!

    • http://www.shesjustasmalltowngirl.com crystal senter brown

you’ll fit it in…family is first! Enjoy them :) you’ll catch up!

  • http://www.redheadedbaby.blogspot.com Katrina @ The Adventures of Squirt and Gus

I wasn’t caught up yesterday, but am today.

I was so looking forward to getting out of the gloom and doom of the prophets, thinking to myself that the Gospels would be such a breath of fresh air. Yes, and no. Jesus doesn’t pull any punches, and condenses all the prophets into his life! Wow, I’m challenged!

    • http://www.lindaslunacy.blogspot.com Linda @ Linda’s Lunacy

Great job, Katrina! So glad you were able to easily catch up. :)

  • http://dunlizzie.blogspot.com dunlizzie

This is my checkin for the week of March 15. Things have not gone as I’d hoped and I am soooooo far behind, but I keep cheking in because I am determined to finsh, even if I don’t make the deadline. COming here to check in has helped keep this in the forefront of my mind which encourages me to get reading!

    • http://www.lindaslunacy.blogspot.com Linda @ Linda’s Lunacy

Don’t worry, Dunlizzie, your not the only one behind. I am, also, behind. I have to admit, that I do feel like giving up. My kids are cheering me on, though, and don’t want me to quit. So I’m going to still try and finish on time.

  • http://livingoutsidethestacks.com DaenelT

Checking in for 14 March. I’m a wee bit ahead… How’s everyone else doing?

    • http://dunlizzie.blogspot.com dunlizzie

Great job for being ahead! Keep it up. :)

    • http://www.lindaslunacy.blogspot.com Linda @ Linda’s Lunacy

      That’s awesome, Daenel! Great job!
