Just a very quick note here. I’m having some major computer problems. Please pray I get my computer fixed before next week. I’m heart broken, I so badly\u00a0wanted\u00a0to be here to cheer each and everyone of you. My computer time is extremely limited. Please pray I don’t loose my computer, please! CONGRATULATIONS Penney!!!!!<\/span><\/p>\n I had asked Penney to share with us a little of her experience.<\/p>\n Here is what she said.\u201cMost days I ended up reading the equivalent of 2 days worth of reading. I had a se t time for reading in the morning. I also read whenever I had a few spare minutes later in the day, and for the most part I didn\u2019t read from any other books\u2026.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n I hope you are staying encouraged, even if you are behind. PLEASE, PLEASE don\u2019t give up. If you made it this far, (which is over half or our reading challenge) you are doing GREAT!!!…..So, why give up now????? You can still catch up!!!!!!! Sure you can!!!!<\/p>\n Some hints to help you catch up with your reading<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Get up earlier than normal to read, or stay up late to read (I have a friend who reads at night). I am a morning person, so mornings are perfect for me.<\/p>\n Stop looking at the chart, this can get you discouraged. Make your own chapter\u2019s chart. Mark off each chapter as you read them. I can\u2019t tell you how much this has helped me.<\/p>\n Say NO to<\/span><\/strong> \u2026..<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2026\u2026Facebook and Twitter<\/p>\n \u2026\u2026blogging.<\/p>\n \u2026\u2026reading ALL other materials\u2026this encompass books, news paper, all internet reading.<\/p>\n \u2026\u2026all media one or two days, just so you can have a clear mind and heart to read.<\/p>\n \u2026\u2026long phone conversations.<\/p>\n Say Yes to<\/span> \u2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2026\u2026God\u2019s word in your life.<\/p>\n \u2026\u2026making and sticking to a schedule. Prioritize your everyday life. Keep it simple!!!!<\/p>\n \u2026\u2026cook a couple of meals all at once, put them up in the fridge or freezer for the next couple for days\u2026.. The time you would have spent cooking you will be spending reading and catching up.<\/p>\n \u2026\u2026read the Bible out-loud to your children. You will be amazed as to how much they will love to hear God\u2019s word spoken as they play.<\/p>\n ……Pray and ask the Lord for \u201cHELP\u201d He is faithful and He hears our prayers.<\/p>\n \u2026\u2026Read a little every chance you have\u2026.take your Bible everywhere you go.<\/p>\n ……Remember, you will be blessed beyond !!!!!!! there is nothing more wonderful, then when we finish reading the very last verse of Revelations!
