This is a recipe that<br \/>\nmy parents made when I was a kid&#8230;and it&#8217;s so quick and inexpensive<br \/>\ntoo.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1-Beef Rice a Roni (generic works well)<br \/>\n1-Stroganoff sauce packet (Durkee and McCormick&#8217;s&#8230;haven&#8217;t found<br \/>\ngeneric for this)<br \/>\n8oz sour cream<br \/>\n1 lb hamburger<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Brown the hamburger<br \/>\nPrepare Rice a Roni following the package directions<br \/>\n(I usually do these at the same time.)<\/p>\n<p>When the rice is done, mix the stroganoff sauce packet (following the<br \/>\ndirections). Mix the stroganoff sauce, sour cream, hamburger, and rice<br \/>\na roni in one pot.
