(I use about 4, or 1lb)<br \/>\nPour in\u00a0<strong>frozen corn<\/strong>\u00a0and a\u00a0<strong>can of black beans<\/strong>\u00a0and then cover with\u00a0<strong>salsa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cook on high for 4 hours, or on low for 6-8.<\/p>\n<p>30 minutes before you are ready to serve, shred the chicken, it will be VERY tender.<\/p>\n<p>Then put\u00a0<strong>8 oz of cream cheese<\/strong>\u00a0in with the mixture and stir.<\/p>\n<p>Continue tocook for 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Add\u00a0<strong>cooked rice\u00a0<\/strong>to the mixture to stretch the meat a little further.<\/p>\n<p>We like to serve just like a taco\/fajita bar with tortillas, lettuce, cheese, sour cream&#8230;whatever you normally like on your taco.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This comes to us from Magen.
