Line baking sheet with foil.<\/p>\n<p>2. Finely chop pecans in food processor. Combine with cornflake crumbs and sprinkle onto waxed paper.<\/p>\n<p>3. Combine honey and soy sauce in shallow bowl.<\/p>\n<p>4. Dip each chicken breast into the honey-soy mixture then into the cornflake-pecan mixture to coat.<\/p>\n<p>5. Arrange on baking pan and spray lightly with non-stick spray.<\/p>\n<p>6.
