But that is about to change.<\/p>\n<p>This summer I had the delight of meeting Kyra Bussanish in Portland, Oregon, where she has a very successful gluten-free bakery called <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kyrasbakeshop.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Kyra&#8217;s Bake Shop<\/a>. Yes, you read that right&#8230; it&#8217;s a bakery filled with scrumptious treats that are <em>all<\/em> gluten-free.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;So if they are gluten-free, are they really that good?&#8221; you might be thinking.<\/p>\n<p>Well, Kyra&#8217;s creations have been good enough to win &#8216;Cupcake Wars.&#8217; Twice. And let me tell you, the cupcakes of hers that I tried were absolutely decadent and delicious.
