This week I am planning to try these dinners with my family, along with the accompanying wines:<\/p>\n

Pecan roasted salmon over wilted spinach<\/h2>\n

Honey mustard green beans<\/a><\/p>\n

Couscous<\/p>\n

Fruit salad<\/p>\n

Wine Pairing:<\/strong> Kenwood Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc<\/p>\n

(Purchased at Spec’s Liquors for $9.46)<\/p>\n

I have made roasted salmon with a spicy rub<\/a> many, many times. This week my husband asked me to try try a new pecan rub he picked up at the store. We’ll see how it goes!<\/p>\n

This is another very simple meal… I’ll even confess that the pork tenderloin is pre-seasoned, so all I have to do is pop it in the oven. I’ll\u00a0 use the crockpot for the potatoes<\/a>, which makes this a perfect meal for after a busy day.<\/p>\n
