This past Sunday\u00a0I presented the devotional for a team of ladies who are hosting a women’s retreat this weekend. I have the privilege of serving with them.<\/p>\n

I\u00a0started the devotional by asking everyone to repeat a few things after me.<\/p>\n

I thought each of us could\u00a0benefit from the exercise, as well. So, go ahead, read each of these out loud, if you can:<\/p>\n

“I\u2019m good enough.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m smart enough.<\/p>\n

and, gosh darn it, people like me!”<\/p>\n

And then there was\u00a0this one:<\/b><\/p>\n

“You make everything glorious and I am Yours.\u00a0What does that make me?<\/p>\n

–David Crowder Band<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

And then the\u00a0final one<\/b><\/p>\n

I praise you\u00a0because I am fearfully<\/b> and<\/b> wonderfully<\/b> made<\/b>;\u00a0your works are wonderful, I know that full well.<\/p>\n

–Psalm 139:14<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

 <\/p>\n

I went on to apply these words to the work our team is doing, as well as the situations we are facing.<\/p>\n

They apply to all of us, however.<\/p>\n

With God, you\u00a0ARE good enough, smart enough, and most definitely loved– even when you\u00a0don’t feel that way at all.<\/p>\n

God DOES make everything glorious– each and every one of us… \u00a0yep, you, too.. even when you don’t feel that way.<\/p>\n

You ARE\u00a0fearfully and WONDERFULLY made by HIM. He made you– on purpose, just the way you are.<\/p>\n

Know that. OWN that. It’s true.<\/p>\n
