I’m back on track for work today and hoping jet lag doesn’t get me :)<\/p>\n
Today we are on Proverbs 21.<\/p>\n
Using the SOAP devotional method<\/a>, here’s what I heard this time…<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The plans of the diligent lead surely to abundance,<\/p>\n but everyone who is hasty comes only to poverty.<\/p>\n Hard work will be rewarded.<\/p>\n Yes, there is more here, but I believe that first part is what the Holy Spirit has in mind for me today. So…<\/p>\n I think that God is reminding me that hard work is hard, but it will pay off. I need to stay the course, do my homework, give things real effort and I will see results.<\/p>\n I’ve been persevering through a few things that have not been easy. He knows there is sunshine ahead in just the right spot.<\/p>\n Thanks, God, for this reassurance. Thanks for showing me my path and giving me strength and encouragement to persevere.<\/p>\n Please gird me with your truth and your strength to take me where I need to go. Please equip me with the tools I need to do what needs to be done. Please guide me in my meetings today and always. And let me dance in that sunshine with You soon. I am thankful for the victories I have experienced… and the ones ahead.<\/p>\n I love you. Thank you, Father.<\/p>\n What did you hear today?
