It&#8217;s so very applicable now as it was when written.<\/p>\n<h3>Application:<\/h3>\n<p>This is a prayer to be prayed and pondered, that is for sure.<\/p>\n<h3>Prayer:<\/h3>\n<p>Father God, we, as a nation, are hurting. We, as a world, are hurting. We need you. I don&#8217;t want to wait. I hate to see so much pain and I hate to see people doubting you. Show your power, your might, your strength, your justice. The battle is yours, I know this.<\/p>\n<p>Please, Lord, rescue the weak and needy, and that is all of us. Please deliver us from the hand of the wicked. Show us our steps.<\/p>\n<p>Guide us in following you. Destroy evil. We need you. I trust you.
