Looking for the perfect pink wine for Valentine’s Day?<\/h2>\n

Some may think Valentine\u2019s Day is a little syrupy sweet, but this gorgeous dry rose is anything but that.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Prieur\u00e9 de Mont\u00e9zargues Tavel Ros\u00e9<\/strong> is\u00a0crisp and structured, maximizing the 8 different grape varieties of Grenaches (red & white), Cinsault, Clairette, Syrah, Mourv\u00e9dre, Carignan, Bourboulenc in the mix. (That’s a lot of grapes!)<\/p>\n

I say it’s crisp, but it still has a luscious mouthfeel as this wine is definitely\u00a0more\u00a0fuller bodied than most Ros\u00e9s.\u00a0I love the combination of strawberry and citrus flavors. After my first sip a few weeks ago, I knew it was the perfect winter Ros\u00e9 to share with you.<\/p>\n

At about $23\u00a0it\u2019s a splurge wine for most\u2014 but isn\u2019t that what Valentine\u2019s Day is all about?<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

For those of you in grocery store wine states, you might have to make an extra trip to the wine shop for this one. But, in my opinion anyway, it will be worth it.<\/p>\n

Pair it with fish, chicken or yes, even steak. Its fuller body and complex flavor can take it.<\/p>\n
