Good morning! Our reading today is Hebrews 11- James.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This morning, I thought I’d give you a look into my journaling inspired by one of the verses from today’s reading. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hebrews 12:1 really struck me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw if everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

As I was reading this, I couldn’t help but think of how this slow down from Covid-19 has certainly given me the opportunity to clear my life of the distractions that come from travel for my business, and distractions in general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because of this pause, I have an opportunity now to live undistracted, unentangled and instead to focus on what really is important to me, both personally and professionally. What I do with this time really is up to me. What will I choose to do with it? It IS up to me. When I look back, what will I think of myself?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Will I throw off what hinders?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Will I reach to the cloud of witnesses for wisdom?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Will I run with perseverance to the right<\/em><\/strong> things?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is up to me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He has given me this time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He’s marked out the race.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now it’s my turn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
