Welcome to the New Testament!!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Good morning sweet friends!!! Can you believe we are launching into the New Testament today?? I\u2019m sooo excited. And I love God\u2019s timing… that he inspired a schedule that brings us right where we are, right as we are preparing to celebrate the birth of Christ. How cool is that?!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m impressed by those of you who have been reading with me since Day 1… and who are about to read of the fulfillment of so much prophecy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

And I\u2019m impressed by those of you joining for the first time today. Amid all the holiday bustle you opted to join us reading and celebrating the true holiday by diving into the Word.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whether you are curious and here for the first time, or if you are continuing and with me on Day 141. No matter your reason or from where you\u2019ve come, I\u2019m glad you made your way here to read the Bible with me, with us. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I just ask 2 things of you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Please visit me each Monday that we read and leave a comment, a check in if you will, so I know you\u2019re with me. Your involvement and comments encourage me greatly. And I think they encourages others. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Open up your Bible, any Bible, and just read. Soak in His Word. Let it wash over you and yes, question it, ponder it, wonder about it all you\u2019d like. The reading takes about 20-30 minutes a sat. How much time do you spend scrolling social media? Maybe you do this before you do that every morning?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. (This one is optional… but it helps!) Invite a friend or 3 to join you. Share a link to this post and invite her, him, them to start reading with you, with us, today. I don\u2019t know anyone who has ever started one of my Bible reading challenges who has ever regretted it, whatever the initial motivation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
