Hello there, friends! I regret missing you yesterday, but my brain was a bit jumbled and I just wasn’t even sure what to share. I’ve been feeling bad about it, and then today’s SOAP hit me…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scripture<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
But he said to me, \"My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is perfected in weakness.\" Therefore, I will most gladly boast all the more about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may reside in me.  --2 Corinthians 12:9<\/pre>\n\n\n\n
Observation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Paul has weaknesses. He makes mistakes (sins) repeatedly. And God’s grace though Jesus Christ covers over those.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Application<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
His grace is covers wrongs. I am not perfect. I need to stop pushing so hard and relish the grace. I need to soak in THAT, not relish streaks or somewhat perfection or worldly expectations…. grace, love, kindness, forgiveness, salvation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prayer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Thank you. Lord, for your love, your unending love, no matter what I do, no matter what I don’t do. Your grace IS sufficient for the ultimate prize. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Help me to remember that when I am pushing, when I am shooting for goals that are not important, or working towards them in ways that are silly, pointless or don’t honor you. Help me to remember that when I am battling satan and lose a round. You win the in the end. With you, I have grace and I am so thankful for that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
