He has blessed me with peace as I have paused and asked for it. I pray this has been the same for you.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PRACTICE:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Breathe slowly innnnnnnnnnnnn and outttttttt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ask for peace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLord, bless me with your peace today. Strengthen me where I feel weak.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank Him for the peace that is to come, or has arrived.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThank you so much for your peace that sometimes transcends understanding.
