I need to really think about what is coming out of my mouth and what impact that can have\u2014positively and negatively.<\/p>\n<p>I can build up or bring down. And sometimes commiserating really just brings everyone down.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prayer:<\/strong> Lord, please guide me and remind me to stop and think before I speak. Sometimes I get frustrated and let words fly before I think of their impact. Please guide me to use my lips and words as you intended. I don\u2019t want to bring anyone down. I want to be an encourager.
