{"id":2622,"date":"2010-01-08T08:07:48","date_gmt":"2010-01-08T13:07:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.momstoolbox.com\/blog\/?p=2622"},"modified":"2010-01-08T09:30:47","modified_gmt":"2010-01-08T14:30:47","slug":"are-you-making-a-fresh-start-this-year","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.momstoolbox.com\/blog\/are-you-making-a-fresh-start-this-year\/","title":{"rendered":"Are you making a Fresh Start this year?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Several bloggers are hosting a promotion entitled <a href=\"http:\/\/www.krististephens.com\/2010\/01\/are-you-ready-to-make-fresh-start.html\" target=\"_blank\">Fresh Year, Fresh Start. <\/a>This week they posted some fantastic tips on dedicating 2010 to the Lord by offering tips on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.brookemcglothlin.com\/2010\/01\/fresh-year-fresh-start-establishing.html\" target=\"_blank\">finding time<\/a> for a quiet time and tools for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.krististephens.com\/2010\/01\/fyfs-sword-handling-class-learning-to.html\" target=\"_blank\">studying the Word <\/a>on your own, among other things.<\/p>\n<p>Today they have asked readers to link up with ways in which they will be starting 2010 fresh.<\/p>\n<p>I guess my biggest thing this year (so far!) is encouraging an on-line community to read through the Bible in 90 Days along with me. Yes, I&#8217;ve read through the Bible in 90 Days before and yes, I&#8217;ve blogged through the entire Bible before, but I&#8217;ve never done them both at the same time or encouraged as many to join me as have this time.<\/p>\n<p>So that&#8217;s my fresh start: Really serving with more gusto than I ever have. And trying to really pray about and listen for God&#8217;s direction on my activities. It has been exhilarating already!<\/p>\n<p>If you haven&#8217;t yet,\u00a0 please swing by and check out my<a href=\"http:\/\/www.momstoolbox.com\/blog\/2010\/01\/01\/momstoolbox-com-goals-for-2010\/\" target=\"_blank\"> goals for 2010<\/a> or, more importantly, pray about and consider joining in with about 250 others and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.momstoolbox.com\/blog\/2009\/12\/31\/bible-in-90-days-lets-get-started\/\" target=\"_blank\">read through the Bible in 90 days<\/a> with us. Sure, you&#8217;ll have some catching up to do, but you can do it in 83 days!
