Sometimes things come out sounding more aggressive and I intend for them to sound. I need to work on that.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Prayer:<\/strong> Lord, you know that I often convey a message of anger or frustration even when I don&#8217;t intend to do so. (Not that I ever <em>should<\/em> intend to do so.)<\/p>\n<p>Please guide me in stopping myself in being quick to respond. Help me to think out my responses when I am angry, frustrated or feel wronged and respond with kind words and a kind tone. Help me to give gentle answers and responses always and keep harsh words and harsh tones from coming out of my mouth.<\/p>\n<p>As you say, those only stir up anger and make things worse. Even when I am angry, I should chose my words and tone carefully or else nothing will get resolved in a positive manner.<\/p>\n<p>Please guide me here.
