I was\u00a0glad I\u00a0thought\u00a0to carry along an apple so I didn&#8217;t cave in. And when I did return home, I was really thankful to have low-point leftovers in the &#8216;fridge from Tuesday night&#8217;s dinner so I could eat a decent late lunch. This was disaster averted.<\/p>\n<p>I am really noticing how much I snack (er, snacked), though. I would grab a handful of peanuts here, a cracker there and maybe a nibble of something while packing the kids&#8217; lunches.<\/p>\n<p>My WW rule is that I cannot put ANYTHING in my mouth unless I intend to calculate the points value and document it. That has stopped a LOT of nibbling the last two days. Sure, I could break the rule with a nibble. But I would only be hurting myself. That would just lead to frustration at weigh-in.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Well,\u00a0I&#8217;m about to go and bake my son&#8217;s birthday cake.
