Harsh words just inflame things. They don\u2019t solve anything.<\/p>\n<p>But when I am in the heat of the moment, it can be so hard to keep a level head and remember to respond gently.<\/p>\n<p>I need to remember to respond gently. Even if I disagree with what is being said.<\/p>\n<h2>Prayer:<\/h2>\n<p>Lord, please be with me when I get wound up and angry, frustrated or in whatever situation might drive me to want to respond in harsh words rather than gentle answers.
