Scripture: Proverbs 29: 25<\/h2>\n

Fear of man will prove to be a snare,<\/p>\n

but whoever trusts in the Lord is kept safe.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Observation:<\/h2>\n

Trust in God and fear Him alone rather than letting people sway you and paralyze you.<\/p>\n

Application:<\/h2>\n

This is sooooo for me today.<\/p>\n

I have felt paralyzed so often with fear for what you, my dear readers, might think of me.<\/p>\n

And that, my friends, is just silly. And wrong. And not trusting in God.<\/p>\n

I have a wine blog and some of you might know that, others may not.<\/p>\n

So often I worry about what you might think of that, but the truth is that I have received more than enough confirmation that the site is acceptable to God.<\/p>\n

Just this morning I was even chatting about it with a pastor at my church. Last week I was talking about it with a winemaker who was blowing me away with his incredible faith and trust in our Father.<\/p>\n

Enough of this paralysis. Enough of this snare.<\/p>\n

I haven\u2019t really been trusting in God. Instead, I have been living in fear of man (and woman). And God doesn\u2019t want that at all.<\/p>\n

He will guide me. I just need to listen to Him and not worry about everyone else. I have a \u2018direct line\u2019 with him, to borrow a phrase from my new winemaker friend, and I need to count on that.<\/p>\n

Prayer:<\/h2>\n

Oh Father, I am so sorry I have been letting people guide me instead of listening to you. You are the all-knowing. You are in charge. And in you I should trust.<\/p>\n

Please forgive me again for this mistake. Guide me as I begin to see this mistake better and trust in YOU!<\/p>\n

Thank you for this reassurance. You amaze me. And you have, again, made my day.<\/p>\n
