You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in You.

WRITE:

Take time to write the verse out on paper. (I have a PDF of today’s verse and practice you can use linked to here. Feel free to download it. Or use your own journal or even a scrap of paper. Just write it down.

REFLECT:

Peace isn’t found in circumstances, but in where your thoughts and focus rest.

PRACTICE:

Be aware of when anxiety creeps into your mind or heart. When it does, reset and anchor your thoughts by repeating, ‘My mind is steadfast; I trust in the One who reigns.”
