In fact, it can often make a &#8216;regular&#8217; meal more special, as the flavors in the food and the wine play off of each other.<\/p>\n<p>Last night I made a very basic meal, Beef Stroganoff, following the instructions on the packet (Gasp! Yes, the starter for our meal was ground turkey and a Beef Stroganoff packet from Knorr.), and modifying a bit. And then I added a glass of\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.donandsons.com\/ourwine\/donandsons\/pinot.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Don &amp; Sons Pinot Noir<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>And you know what? It was fantastic, a perfect weeknight meal.
