{"id":15463,"date":"2015-06-30T06:00:18","date_gmt":"2015-06-30T11:00:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.momstoolbox.com\/blog\/?p=15463"},"modified":"2015-06-30T02:00:40","modified_gmt":"2015-06-30T07:00:40","slug":"roll-with-the-punches-traveltiptuesday","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.momstoolbox.com\/blog\/roll-with-the-punches-traveltiptuesday\/","title":{"rendered":"Roll with the Punches- #TravelTipTuesday"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As I type this week&#8217;s Travel Tip, I&#8217;m doing so with one finger hunting &amp; pecking on my phone, using hotel wifi after having been scheduled on one international flight which sat on the ground for 4 hours before it was cancelled and de-planed, and then having the second flight suffer cancellation issues, as well.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Yep. This one comes from FRESH experience.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Part of traveling is stepping out of your normal life zone. When that happens, flights can get cancelled, hotel rooms may not be exactly as you&#8217;d expect, food may be very different and sleep patterns will likely be disrupted. All of that isn&#8217;t always bad, but sometimes it is.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>When you are hit with things that don&#8217;t go the way you&#8217;d like when traveling, try your very best to inhale, wait, exhale&#8230;.. and remember the gifts you ARE experiencing while traveling.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Yes, this delay is a pain. But it is what it is. Yelling isn&#8217;t going to fix it. Being unfriendly isn&#8217;t going to make it any better.
