“Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken.”
WRITE:
Take time to write the verse out on paper, either in your journal or even just a scrap of paper.
REFLECT:
God doesn’t promise an easy road—but He promises sustaining strength.
PRACTICE:
After writing the verse on a page, journal about a time He sustained you. Then list your worries and ask him, in writing, to sustain you, once again.
