After 20 years away from Tae Kwon Do, I’m back!

And I’ve got the board breaking video to prove it:

My boys have been in Tae Kwon Do for a few months and watching them really made me a bit envious and homesick for the fun and challenge I felt in Tae Kwon Do in high school.

The gym workouts just weren’t doing it for me motivation-wise, so when I found out my kids’ school has a middle of the day class with a group of supportive, encouraging women and a great instructor, I had to give it a go.

I think I’m hooked. Again.
