Bible in 90 Days Day 45 (!!) SOAP: Teach me, lead me

Today’s Reading: Psalms 135:1- Proverbs 6:35

Wow! Can you believe we are on day 45 of the Bible in 90 Days?! We are half-way there, calendar-wise!!

And here’s the really good news you may not have noticed…

Yep, the Bible in 90 Days is designed to help you read the Bible in 90 days. But there are two grace days built in, making only 88 days of reading. So, if you are on track, you are actually a bit ahead! And if you are behind, you might not be as far behind as you think you are. Yippeeee!

I hope each of you reading have experienced some sort of transformation in your life already as a result of your dedication to reading the Lord’s Word. If you haven’t, keep to it…. it’s coming!

Now on with a little SOAP from today’s reading:

Scripture: Psalm 143: 10

Teach me to do your will,

for you are my God;

may your good Spirit

lead me on level ground.

Observation:

Lord, show me your way, for I know it is the way of truth.

Prayer:

That is exactly my prayer: Lord, please show me YOUR way, YOUR path for me.

Help me to navigate so that all I do truly honors you. Keep me from the trap set by my ego and help me to discern why I do things so that I will only do the things that bring YOU honor and glory, Lord. I worry that those lines get blurry to me sometimes. But they don’t to you. Please show me your way, for it is the way of truth. I want to follow that alone.

  1. Can I get a whoop whoop? So very exciting! I am right on track. This is my first time to ever read the entire Bible and I am digging it. I normally give up on everything I start, so I want to thank each and every person who has prayed over me in this journey we are taking together!

  2. Halfway through the journey, and already so changed because of it. Looking forward to the second half.

  3. YAY! halfway!! I am so GLAD and JOYFUL to be in this!

  5. This is exactly what I told myself last night while doing some catch up reading! I am actually not behind at all and definitely not after today’s reading!
