  1. This was some of the fastest 90 days i have ever spent! Loved reading some days, others…not so much. The race is won, the victory awaits us!

    1. Chronological was much better than straight through too.

So excited! Just finished reading the Bible in 90 Days. Many thanks to the members of Group 23 for all of the encouragement!

  3. I’m the mentor of group 32, and I finished November 16th on the chronological plan. I enjoyed it, but I think it also made it a bit more difficult – at least for those who, like me, didn’t have the Bible the plan was based on! Still, it was a good thing. :)

I finished this morning. I learned so much from my reading (never read the whole Bible before) and that making a commitment pays off. I want to try the chronological version next. btw I’m in Kelly Martin’s group 24. Happy Thanksgiving to all!

I just finished. Had migraine for 2 days so I was lagging behind.
Such an awesome blessing to read God’s Word Chronological.
So many things I saw with new eyes.
Thank you for this journey. I would love to do it again.

I finished today! Thanks to Kara at HomeWithPurpose for mentoring our group! Thanks, Amy, for that little line at the bottom of your email a few years ago that invited people to join you in reading the Bible in 90 days. This makes my third successful journey through the Bible in 90 days! I am blessed!

I finished today! I’m with group 17 and Laura O. was our group leader. She did a great job of encouraging us all to keep up with our reading. Thanks for this exciting journey.

  9. I just finished this morning on the 90th day. Yay! I love how God continues to teach me. I also loved reading the chronological order this time. It gave me a new perspective on the letters. I’m in Dani Vaugh-Tucker’s Group 34. Thank you, Dani.

  10. Heartfelt thanks to Amy and Crystal and all the participants. I finished this morning and am amazed and joyous and changed! I participated in the FB Chronological Group #4, under the guidance and encouragement of Crystal. I found reading chronologically to be extremely powerful. Hope to do this every year!

  13. I finished today! It was amazing to read the Bible chronologically cover to cover. Thanks to Linda our mentor for group 15.

Congratulations Ginny! I’m so proud of you! :)

  14. I just finished and am so grateful for the amazing opportunity! I’m in Julia R.’s group and feel the schedule, check ins and encouragement from the inspiring women in the group made such a difference to keep me motivated. Blessings and Thanks!

  15. This is my 2nd B90 challenge. This time I did the chronological version, which I MUCH prefer over cover to cover! This is such a life-changing experience & I’m sure I’ll continue to constantly encourage others to do it! I love how just reading God’s Word has the power to change me, even without extra study. I’m reminded of this verse – “But you have received the Holy Spirit, and he lives within you, so you don’t need anyone to teach you what is true. For the Spirit teaches you everything you need to know, and what he teaches is true–it is not a lie. So just as he has taught you, remain in fellowship with Christ.” ~ 1 John 2:27. I have to thank my mentor (and great friend), Melissa Mason for her support 2 years in a row. I was in chrono group 37. :) Oh, and I finished this morning – 11/16.

  16. I finished the chronological Bible on Wednesday. Dawn Dietz was our group’s cheerleader – thanks, Dawn! The hardest section of reading for me was Psalms and Proverbs because there wasn’t time to meditate on them, and they seemed repetitive as I just barreled through. I think Acts and Paul’s letters really came alive for me – the trips and people and events were much easier to understand chronologically.

Just finished today-about 15 minutes ago. My name is Brandy Kellom and I’m in Group #23
with Marjorie Shavers as our leader. What an awesome, awesome experience! I’ve been trying to get through the bible in its entirety for years and finally, with this reading plan, the groups incredible support, a great group leader and a lot of personal motivation I accomplished it. Thanks for organizing this…can’t wait to share it with friends!

I’m finished! :) Cassandra was my mentor in group 8. This was a great experience, although there were times I wasn’t sure I would be able to finish lol Reading chronologically was a very different experience. I’m not sure I would have been able to keep up if I hadn’t been able to use an online Bible from Biblegateway.

I finished on Thursday, November 15. I had actually started 2 days early, so yesterday was my 90 days. I am so proud of myself for accepting the challenge AND completing it! Thank you to Laurie Fuller and the others in our group for the support and prayers!

  21. It is finished! This has been life changing for sure. When do we start again? I want to share the blessing with more people. :-)

Hi Amy, It is amazing to have finished the chronological reading of the Bible in 90 days. I am glad I made this commitment and for the lessons learned.

  24. Done :D I finished my reading this afternoon. I am so glad I did it. I was in a group with Cathy L. If it weren’t for the group, I may not have finished.

  25. DONE! A few days early too (Nov. 15th) What an amazing feeling to have stuck with this, even when I got behind and very discouraged. Congrats to everyone who has finished, and to those still read YOU CAN DO THIS!

I finished yesterday, November 17. I’ve been so blessed by being immersed in the word on a consistent basis. I got behind a couple of times. If I’d been doing this on my own I might have given up, but with the support of my group, and especially my leader, Laura, and Bible buddy, Sue, I was encouraged to get back on track. I made some new special friends and was especially blessed to be taking this journey with my daughter and sister-in-law. I appreciate everyone who put the effort into organizing and encouraging each other.

  27. I just finished today (11/15/12)! I was reading along with Amy from Bow of Bronze. I can’t remember our group number. Thank you for organizing these groups it was such an inspiration to make it all the way through the Bible.

  28. Just finished the chronological reading. My group leader was Pamela. Thanks!

  29. I’m Sue from group 17 with Laura as my mentor. Just got finished and I can hardly believe I did it! I got really behind for a while and had kind of a faith wobble along the way, but Laura and my Bible Buddy Jean got me through it. I think that was one of the best things about our group, one of the ladies had the great idea of splitting into little groups of ‘Bible Buddies’ to cheer each other on. Its been awesome!

  30. Finished yesterday. Didn’t know I needed to be part of a group and I didn’t have a mentor. The reading was hard at times but I liked that it was just 90 days. I could wrap my head around that. I will be encouraging my friends and family to try this in the future. Now that I know generally where lots of stuff is in the bible I can go back and study…and review all of my highlights, too! Thanks for the inspiration. I would be happy to mentor in the future but maybe I am not eligible since I didn’t do this with a group. Please let me know.

I am dancing a jig because I finished! I am in group 7 and Karen B. was our mentor. She was so encouraging through it all with her prayers and her cheers. I loved reading chronologically. Can’t wait for the next time! :)

    1. Having a group kept me going when I was discouraged. Thank you, Sharon

Will finish tomorrow – read through chronological version with Leah and group 25! I’ve never done this before and I am so thankful I did. It came at a hard time – amid adoption ups and downs and this is what held me together – His Word, Promises and Truth poured over me every day. I’ve stayed positive because of my reading time and focus. Thank you for this group – this online accountability. It has forever changed my life and I hope to continue reading through as I am able. I almost think it would be easier to commit the 90 days rather than trying to read over a year where I’m more likely to get sidetracked – a discipline still needing work! :-)

    Blessings,
    Leigh Ann

  34. Just finished yesterday!!!! I was in the group with Eileen Edwards as my mentor. This is my fourth time reading through (thanks to MomsToolBox!), but my first time doing chronologically. It was AWESOME! Thank you so much for hosting this–The Bible in 90 Days is the ONLY program that I have ever been successful with! :)

  35. This is Trisa from group 17. I finished about 15 minutes ago. It was sometimes a struggle, but has been so rewarding. Thank you all for supporting me in this and for taking the journey with me when so many would not. Now I’m off to read the Catholic books and hope to try the chronological plan next 90 Days!

  36. I finished on Sunday. I pushed myself really hard these last few weeks because I knew we were going to be out of town some, and I never wanted to fall behind! Thanks so much to Cathy Lyon for being a great group leader!

  37. FInished a few minutes ago. My leader was Cathy Lyon.
This was one of the hardest things I’ve done but one of the most rewarding. I had no idea it would be so cool to do this. I saw things I had never seen before and it made so much more sense reading it through so quickly. I’ve been telling everyone what an awesome experience it was and that if they can, they should do it.
I considered quitting a couple of times at the beginning because I had so much going on. But I’m glad I stuck it out. And once I got to a certain point, there was no way I was giving up. I had already invested too much.
Thanks for doing this. I would never have done it otherwise.

    1. Yay, Win! So proud of you!

  42. YAY! Congrats to everyone! I completed the 90 days chronological reading plan and I really enjoyed the opportunity! Thanks for sharing this and I look forward to joining you all again.

  43. I got finshed Sunday. I’m in Linda Dale’s group but not sure about the number. It was such a joy to read the Bible this time. I love reading it but this time was just special to me. I guess maybe because of the things we’ve been going through. Thank you for doing this again and God Bless.
