Bible in 90 Days Online Tools to Help You

If you signed up to commit to reading the entire Bible in 90 days with us, you have already taken a big step towards tackling the reading. Congratulations on making that decision and moving toward success!

I have put together a few more tools, aside from our incredible mentor team, committed prayer team and, of course, this site, MomsToolbox.com to help you stay on task on complete your reading of the entire Bible.

Here are a few:

Reading Schedule

Print this Bible in 90 Days reading schedule, cut it out and place one copy in your Bible and the other two in places that will help you remember to read each day. Mark your progress as you go.

Weekly Check Ins

In an effort to have online accountability and to encourage each other, every reader is required to check in weekly on MomsToolbox.com. There will be  a weekly check in post each Monday. As you learn your group number, you will find your group, click on its number and share whether you are up to date in your reading or not. Don’t worry: There will not be any judgment. Instead you will find support and encouragement and a goal to keep up with each week. Bloggers will also have the opportunity to link up their own blog posts there about the experience each week so others can share in your experience.

This first week the post will be up Monday, but check in will last all week as mentors connect with readers and readers learn their group numbers. As you learn yours, go ahead and check in so you can ‘meet’ the other members of your accountability group.

Weekly Twitter Parties

Join other Bible in 90 Days readers every Monday night for weekly discussion on Twitter from 8-9 CST. Yes, there will be discussion all week long, but this will be our weekly ‘meeting’ to encourage each other and compare notes. Be sure to follow the #B90Days hashtag to see the conversation. Consider using a twitter application  such as TweetChat, HootSuite or TweetDeck to make it easier to follow the comments and share your own.

Daily Encouragement on Twitter

Many readers will choose to tweet in as they complete their daily reading. Just post your thoughts and be sure to use the #B90Days hashtag. Pray for other readers as you see their tweets.

Daily Reading Reminders on Facebook

Follow MomsToolbox on Facebook and you’ll get a daily reminder of the reading for the day as well as a link to my own SOAP Daily Devotional from the reading.

Bible in 90 Days ministry

Check out the Bible in 90 Days ministry website to learn more about hosting Bible in 90 Days at your home church or community. Reading with an online community is amazing, but reading with an in-person group is fantastic, too. They have excellent videos and print materials you can use, as well as group discussion. Plus Ted Cooper, the man who created the ministry and this program, would love to hear from you and how you are doing! I am honored that Ted has allowed me to offer this to my blog readers and so thankful to have been one of the first participants in his program many years ago.

Bible in 90 Days Bible

This isn’t an online resource, but I definitely recommend using the official Bible in 90 Days Bible. It has all the stop and start marks for the daily reading and doesn’t have a lot of footnotes to distract you. The point of this exercise is to read the Bible, not study it and using this NIV version will keep you on track. Plus the print is a nice size and the Bible itself is relatively compact (And not so intimidating). If you are a Kindle person, yes, there is a Kindle version. (I do not receive any compensation whatsoever for suggesting this Bible to you, or any compensation if you buy it.)

More coming on MomsToolbox.com

I hope you will find all of these online resources helpful and encouraging. Throughout the 90 days I will also offer notes tools to help with some of the reading. My goal is to keep you reading your Bible until you are finished. I’ll do the best I can to keep you there… And not on the internet researching the finer points of what you are reading- that is for when the 90 days are over!

Buckle up, clear your schedule and get ready for our whirlwind read… January 3 is almost here!!

I am so glad you will be reading with us!

I’m looking forward to doing the Bible in 90 Days with you starting July 11th! Did you know there’s an app for that!?! The Bible App, available for iPhone, is based on the online Bible at YouVersion.com and if you go to “Plans” you can find Ted Cooper’s Bible in 90 Days plan! It’s available online at YouVersion.com & through the iPhone app.

Humm.. this looks likes it’s going to be pretty tough on my own; isn’t this day one? Not sure why it’s too late to “join”…

  5. Never mind my last comment, Amy! I found it! On this web page http://www.biblein90days.org/blogthrub903 there’s a link called “Sign Up for Blogging Thru B90 Daily Messages”. I was already registered for the LAST challenge and so I needed to change the start date of the new challenge by updating my profile information.

Amy – during the last B90Days challenge you hosted (July – Oct ’10) I was receiving daily emails from the official B90days website that had the day’s reading assignment, sample scripture, quotes, and helpful resources. I didn’t get one for Day 1 so I’m wondering if I have to sign up for those emails again. I went to their site & found out I’m still on their list. Any help you can give would be helpful. Many thanks!

  7. It’s starting today! I am excited and so ready for it! I’m starting the actual reading in five minutes, so here goes nothing! :)

So excited to get started tomorrow!!! Praying for all who will be reading with me!!!

  9. I am not participating in this round, but I so enjoyed last round of B90, and the best thing is I can’t get comfortable without reading God’s word each day, because of my B90 experience.

My sons and I are using SOAP to help them through our Bible reading.

Thanks for this experience, and I pray God’s blessings and transformation on all of those who participate this time.

  15. I am very excited to read the Bible in 90 Days. I’ve decided last year, that I would spend more time with God and less time on social networks. This is my beginning.

Thanks for creating this and God bless each of you this New Year!
