b90-check-in

Welcome to the Week 2 check in post for the Bible in 90 Days with MomsToolbox!

Today is our 8th day of reading, and our 2nd weekly check in.

So… how is it going, my Bible-reading friends?
It’s been a week and, for many, this is the most challenging week of the program, as you re-organize your schedule to fit something new in every single day.
As I have said before, reading the entire Bible in 90 Days can be a really difficult thing to do, but all the work really does pay off, if you stick to it. By July 25, you will have read every single word of the Bible.. wooo-hoooo!

To those of you who aren’t quite caught up:

I’m urging you not to give up. Please think about how much time it might take you to be up to date in the reading, and then mark off that much reading time on your calendar over the next 2 or three days to get caught up. The quicker you get caught up, the better you will feel, and higher your chances for success will be.

To those of you who are on track:

Congratulations and well done! How does it feel to have read all that you have read this past week? In the comments as you check in, please share a bit about how you feel to be caught up and/or offer some encouragement to those who may be struggling. How did you fit the reading in to your schedule? When did you read? Your words may be just what another reader needs to hear.
Some part of this upcoming week’s reading to come can get a bit dull at times. Please do your best to hang in there and read every word, not skipping anything. He put every word in there for a reason so let’s take them all in together.
Congratulations to each and every one of you for sticking to it and showing up for the weekly check in today. I am proud of each and every single one of you for accepting and sticking with this challenge. You CAN do this, with Him. To check in, please let us know how you are doing by leaving a comment below this post.

This week’s resources

Download the following three sections of You Are Here in the Bible:

To prevent you from doing research where you have questions and take away from your precious reading time, Bible in 90 Days founder Ted Cooper wrote this resource to give you a bit of perspective as to what you will encounter in this week’s reading. If you have other questions, try not to research them, but just ask God to explain when the time is right and keep reading. If you must, keep a journal of all your questions to refer to once you have completed the 90 days of reading.

This week’s reading schedule:

  • Day 8 – Leviticus 1:1 – 14:32
  • Day 9 – Leviticus 14:33 – Leviticus 26:26
  • Day 10 – Leviticus 26:27 – Numbers 8:14
  • Day 11 – Numbers 8:15 – Numbers 21: 7
  • Day 12 – Numbers 21:8 – Numbers 32:19
  • Day 13 – Numbers 32:20 – Deuteronomy 7:26
  • Day 14 – Deuteronomy 8:1-Deuteronomy 23:11

Each day’s assignment will also be posted on MomsToolbox each day as well as as on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

You can also download the Bible in 90 Days reading schedule or, if you are using the official Bible in 90 Days Bible, you already have it marked in your Bible.

Make it a point to read every day no matter what, even if you don’t have a block of time, read something. Carry your Bible with you everywhere throughout the day until you get your reading finished. Plan on it taking about an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes per day.

Thanks so much for reading with me. Your reading encourages my reading… and the hundreds others, too, no doubt!

Soooo, ready to check in?

So Sorry I forgot to check in on Monday. I’m a little behind. I have been reading on an app on my phone, but my eyes where getting to tired to read that many chapters a night. So I had to get a new Bible. I will be back on track soon.
