Today I rode with a group from BikeLand in The Woodlands, where I bought my bike. The group was very nice. I was certainly slower than anyone else and I had little idea of where we were going, but the group seemed to look out for me, taking turns riding with the new girl.
The path we took was quite nice. I never knew I could ride through The Woodlands barely seeing any cars. And it was great to meet some friendly riders. When I first arrived at the store I was so nervous and self conscious, but everyone made me feel quite welcome.
