Scripture: Revelation 5:9
And the sang a new song:
“You are worthy to take the scroll
and to open its seals,
because you were slain,
and with your blood you purchased men for God
from every tribe and language and people and nation.
Observation: Jesus alone is worthy… and he came for people from all over the world, not just one or two nations or tribes.
Application: Those who know Christ should share the word with all tribes, languages and nations, as all types of people have the opportunity to accept the gift of salvation from our Father.
Prayer: Lord, guide me in sharing your love with all those around me… and in reaching to those beyond my physical touch so that your children in distant lands may know you, as well. No, you don’t need me. You can reach whomever you like with or without me. But I want to be your instrument. Prepare me and use me as you wish.
