SOAP: He designed each and every one of us for a good reason

Well hello there and welcome to Friday!

Today’s SOAP reminded me that each and every single one of us was designed for a good reason.

Let that sink in a minute.

Every single one of us was designed perfectly by our Father for a reason.

Now, we do have free will, so we deviate from that reason with our actions… but he still offers us grace. And he still designed EACH OF US FOR A REASON.

Here’s the SOAP:

Scripture

"For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared ahead of time for us to do." --Ephesians 2:10

Observation

We were designed and made by the master craftsman to accomplish good things.. every one of us.

Application

He designed me. It’s up to me to listen to Him and carry out His plan so that I can fulfill my destiny– and do the good things for which I was designed.

I also need to remember that every other person was designed similarly. That is pretty awesome! How can I encourage others in my path and help them to see that about themselves?

Prayer

Father God, thank you for this reminder that I AM yours, designed by you to do great things… as is every single other person on this earth, before me and after me. There is a part of you in every one of us. WOW! That is pretty amazing!

Please help me (and each and every one of us) to seek your guidance, to hear your guidance and to carry out your guidance so that we may live completely. Help me to help others see their amazing worth. And when I am down or lost or frustrated, please help me to get my direction from YOU.

Thank you, Lord! In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.

Sweet friend, YOU were created by the MASTER CRAFTSMAN for a beautiful reason. You are important in all of the lives around you… and even those lives for whom your love may serve as a ripple effect. I pray that you hear Him, that you feel your worth, and that you move forward in that. Thank you for reading with me.
