SOAP: I am so fired up!

Scripture:

Psalm 9:1-2

¹I will thank you, Lord, with all my heart;

I will tell of all the marvelous things you have done.

²I will be filled with joy because of you.

I will sing praises to your name, O Most High.

Observation: I will share with those I can how wonderful and powerful you are and what amazing things you have done for me. You will fill me with exuberance for you.

Application: I’m already feeling the exuberance and joy. This might be a little thing, but the encouragement and strength the Lord has given me for my cycling energizes me and fills me with joy. I just want to share the amazing experiences He gives me. And I am already so excited to share what amazing things he will do this weekend as I cycle through the MS 150. He’s going to do marvelous things! He’s going to see me through. And I will tell all who listen that He is how and why I can do it. Thank you, Lord!!!

Prayer: Thank you, Lord! I thank you with all my heart for the energy and enthusiasm and excitement I feel for you. Thank you for all you have given me and continue to give. Thank you for showing yourself to me and for allowing me to be in your presence. You are incredible, amazing and energizing. Please, keep filling me up and enabling me to tell all about it. Thank you, Lord. Thank you. I know you will guide me this weekend on my ride because I ride for you. Keep me from being distracted by fears and instead keep my eyes on you. This is going to be good! Thank you!!
