Today’s reading: Today I read through Proverbs 2. I will continue with a chapter of Proverbs a day until July 5 when I will begin the Bible in 90 Days.
Scriprture: Proverbs 2:6
For the Lord gives wisdom, and from his mouth come knowledge and understanding.
Observation: The Lord shares true knowledge.
Application: If you want to grow in knowledge, the Lord shares it. Seek Him and his teachings to grow in wisdom.
I can’t help but smile as I read this verse, thinking about all those who are embarking on a fresh read through the Bible with my blog community in the next few days. These readers are seeking true wisdom and will find it as they grow closer to the Lord and read his teachings in the Bible! I will also gain wisdom and knowlwdge and better understanding from him… What a gift!
Prayer: Thank you , Lord for not hiding true wisdom from your followers but instead sharing it with us readily.
Please guide each reader as we prepare for this 90-day journey into your Word and wisdom. Strengthen each of us and highten our listening skills so that we can hear you clearly.
