READ:

Day 5: 1 Peter 5:7

Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.

WRITE:

Take time to write the verse out on paper. (I have a PDF of today’s verse and practice you can use linked here. Feel free to download it. Or use your own journal or even a scrap of paper. Just write it down.

REFLECT:

Casting means letting go fully. I believe that God is not indifferent. He wants each of us to have peace in our heart and mind. And He wants us to invite Him in to help with that.

PRACTICE:

What is troubling you? Write down your worries. Pray over each of them, passing them on to the Holy Spirit. Then shred or burn the paper where you recorded them to remind yourself that you are releasing them to God.
