Our family took a fantastic low-key trip to Florida to celebrate a friend’s wedding as well as Thanksgiving last week.
The trip included relaxing on the beach, splashing in a few pools, showing our daughter how to make a bride and groom kiss by clinking your glass, going on a ‘pirate’ cruise, catching a LOT of fish, exploring Disney’s Animal Kingdom and Animal Kingdom Lodge, meeting a new cousin, and just relaxing with family and giggling with the kids. Oh, and I ate way too much lemon meringue pie homemade by none other than the Happy Housewife.
It was a fantastic week of enjoying our family!
While I was away, I tried to stay off the internet, but I did draft a few posts to share on MomsTravelTales about the trip (with a few tips), and I emailed our awesome team of leaders for the next Bible in 90 Days session which begins January 3.
