Welcome to Day 1 of the Bible in 90 Days/ Blogging Through the Bible in 90 Days!

I am so glad you are making the commitment to read the entire Bible with us. It might get tough at times, but stick to it and keep reading and you won’t regret it.

Today’s reading is Genesis 1:1- Genesis 16:16 (or pages 1-12 if you are using the Bible in 90 Days Bible.)

    I’m actually ahead in my reading – I started on the first because I had time over the weekend. I didn’t get signed up early enough to get a mentor, but wanted to check in here. One thing I’ve doing this time around is making myself pick one verse/passage from each day’s reading to write in my prayer journal. That helps me read with better focus.

    I am so excited to be doing this the third time through! It is quite a challenge, but sooo worth it! I was a little hesitant to sign up this time and only signed up today, as we have so much going on now in our family. I just didn’t want to be left out! :o) Will be giving up television and some house cleaning to make room for this in our schedule… We’ll see if anything else has to go. ;o)) Have read most of today’s reading.     Anyhow, my name is Jessica, I am the wife to Justin and the Mom to two super kids!! I love God and enjoy reading so this is a GREAT thing for me to participate in. I have already read the Bible through once, but not in ninety days so I think this will be super in a way to help me remember things as they are linked together or whatever as it won’t be so easy to forget from a time lapse.
