Blogging Through the Gospels: Share and give life

The reading for Thursday is John Chapter 5.

Here is what I heard:

Scripture:

John 5:24

“I tell you the truth, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be condemned; he has crossed over from death to life.

Observation:

Life will be given to those who hear of Jesus and believe in God, the Father.

Application:

Those who know, need to share the truth of Jesus and the Father so others may also have life in Him.

Prayer:

Lord, thank you for the opportunity to share your Word with others. Help me to share it not only with those who are churched, or already know about you, but also with those that do not know you.

I want all your children to know who you are.

Please help MomsToolbox to be a welcoming place for anyone seeking you, whether they already know about you or not. Please also help me to do a better job in person reaching out  to those who don’t know you. I want others to experience your love. I want others to have eternal life with you.

Show me how to help, Lord, and guide me in doing so.

Thank you for saving me from death.

How do you share the truth of Jesus and our Father?

“Do you want to?” This is the question that Jesus asks each one of us. Do we want to grow closer to Him? Yes, I do!
