I was just in the mood for a fun Valentine’s cocktail… something like a light chocolate treat, a little creamy, lots of fun.
I played with another martini recipe and added the chocolate sauce swirl and came up with something that is rather delightful:
Chocolate Cream Kiss Martini
1. Swirl chocolate sauce in martini glass and place in freezer.
2. Shake 1 oz vanilla vodka, 1 oz amaretto, 1 oz Irish cream liqueur (like Bailey’s), 2 oz milk with ice.
3. Strain into glass
4. Add maraschino cherry for extra fun.
5. Enjoy!!!
